🐟 Easy Texas Roadhouse Salmon (30 Minutes)
📝 Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (fresh, skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

- 1 tsp brown sugar (optional, for that restaurant-style glaze)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the Salmon
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. This helps get that nice sear.

In a small bowl, combine:
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- pepper
- brown sugar
3. Season
Brush salmon with olive oil or melted butter, then rub the seasoning mix evenly on both sides.
4. Cook (Pan-Seared Method – Best Flavor)
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat
- Add a little oil
- Place salmon skin-side down
- Cook 4–5 minutes
- Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes
👉 In the last minute, add garlic and lemon juice to the pan and spoon it over the salmon.
🔥 Alternative: Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes
- Broil for 2 minutes at the end for a slightly crispy top
