📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¾ cups (420 ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🔥 Instructions

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, combine:

  • flour
  • sugar
  • baking powder
  • salt

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk:

  • eggs
  • milk
  • melted butter
  • vanilla

3. Combine Batter

Pour wet into dry and mix gently
👉 Batter should be thick and slightly lumpy (don’t overmix!)


4. Rest the Batter (Important!)

Let it sit for 5–10 minutes
👉 This makes pancakes extra fluffy like in your image


5. Cook Pancakes

  • Heat a pan or griddle on medium-low
  • Lightly grease with butter
  • Pour thick batter (don’t spread it)

Cook:

  • 2–3 minutes until bubbles form
  • Flip and cook 2 more minutes

  • Butter + maple syrup
  • Honey or Nutella 🍫
  • Fresh fruit 🍓🫐

💡 Pro Tips for That Look

  • Use low-medium heat → prevents burning like darker ones in image
  • Thick batter = tall pancakes
