🍞 Nutella Brioche (Soft & Fluffy)

📝 Ingredients

Dough:

  • 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
  • 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ½ cup (115g) butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:

  • ½–¾ cup Nutella

Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk

🔥 Instructions

1. Make the Dough

In a large bowl, mix:

  • flour, yeast, sugar, salt

Add:

  • eggs, warm milk, vanilla

Mix until a sticky dough forms.


2. Add Butter

Gradually add softened butter while kneading (10 minutes)
👉 Dough should become smooth, elastic, slightly sticky.


3. First Rise

Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.


4. Shape with Nutella

  • Roll dough into a rectangle
  • Spread Nutella evenly
  • Roll it up like a log

👉 Optional: Cut in half lengthwise and twist for a красив braided look.


5. Second Rise

Place in a loaf pan or tray, cover, and let rise 30–45 minutes.


6. Bake

  • Brush with egg wash
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes
    until golden brown

🍽️ Tips for Perfect Brioche

  • Dough should be soft, not dry
  • Chill dough 20 min if too sticky
  • Don’t overfill with Nutella (prevents leaking)
  • Best served slightly warm 😍
